An estate inspection is the routine walkabout of communal areas, grounds and shared facilities that social landlords carry out to keep estates safe, clean and well-maintained — logging issues from fly-tipping and lighting faults to communal repairs and health-and-safety hazards.
They happen on a schedule, cover the same areas each time, and produce a list of actions for different teams. Repetitive and recurring — exactly what a capture-and-report tool should own.
